I'm a 34 years old italian guy and since October 2016 I've started working as a
Guest Relation Agent, Pr and Marketing Manager, Sales and Revenue Assistant in different hotels of Rome, helping people from all over the world to enjoy their holidays or business travels in the Eternal City.

Before that, I've worked for more than five years as a PR and Communication
Manager in different companies and firms playing several roles of responsibility. These experiences have allowed me to develop skills such as helping firms to build up their brands and leading a team of five people in advertising campaigns.

I've also worked as a Sales Account for 16 months. During this time I managed a portfolio of more than 60 customers and gained great abilities in Customer Care, Customer Relationship Management and problem solving.

I'm an Italian mother tongue, I speak English and French quite welland I also started to study Spanish since a few months. I really enjoy working in tourism but I want to do it at a higher level.
